These terms govern the purchase of digital website templates and related products ("Products") from Richards Technologies of South West Missouri LLC ("we," "us") through Hardframe Sites and our authorized marketplaces.
1. The Products
Products are digital downloads (HTML/CSS website templates and related files). Demo content in a Product — business name, phone, reviews, statistics, license numbers — is placeholder for you to replace with your own true information.
2. License
Your use of each Product is governed by the LICENSE.txt included in that Product. In short: you may use a Product to build one website (your own or one client's) per purchase, and customize it freely; you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the template itself. Fonts included are under the SIL Open Font License (see the Product's CREDITS/OFL). The full LICENSE.txt controls if there's any conflict with this summary.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally (download link or account) after payment is processed by our provider, Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), who is the seller of record for tax purposes.
4. Payment & tax
Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax/VAT is calculated and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Because Products are instant digital downloads, refunds are limited — preview the live demo before buying.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Products to build sites that are unlawful, deceptive, infringe others' rights, or misrepresent a business. You are responsible for the content and claims you publish on your site (including "licensed & insured" and similar).
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
