The short version
- Preview first. Every template has a live demo — please review it before buying, since digital downloads can't be "returned."
- 14-day fix-or-refund. If within 14 days of purchase a Product is faulty, broken, or materially not as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
- Change of mind: because Products are instant digital downloads you keep the files, we generally can't refund simply for change of mind once downloaded. (Marketplace purchases also follow that marketplace's refund rules.)
