Richards Technologies of South West Missouri LLC ("we," "us") builds and sells website templates and digital products through Hardframe Sites. We are a security company, and we practice what we sell: we collect as little as possible and we do not track you.
What we collect
- Nothing by default on our websites. This site (richtech.pages.dev) and our store (hardframesites.pages.dev) set no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request data, such as IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
- When you buy, checkout is handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (a Merchant of Record). They collect the name, email, and billing details needed to process your order and to comply with tax law. We never see or store your full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy provides us your name, email, and order info to deliver the product and provide support.
- When you contact us (email or a support form), we receive what you send us (e.g., name, email, your message).
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase, provide support, handle refunds, and keep required sales records.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy (payments, delivery, tax remittance) and, where you buy through another marketplace (e.g., Gumroad, Creative Market), that marketplace under its own privacy policy. That's it.
Your choices
- Ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you: richtechofswmo@gmail.com.
- Marketplace purchases are also governed by that marketplace's privacy policy.
Data security
- Our storefront is served as static files over HTTPS behind a CDN, with strict security headers. Payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant provider, not by us.
Children
- Our products are for businesses; they are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
